- 12 onions
- 12 red peppers
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 2 oz. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1In food processor, grind peppers and onions.

2Scald with boiling water.

3Add vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed and salt.

4Simmer for 1/2 hour.

5Pour into scalded jars and seal tight.
