- 12 red mangoes
- 1 bunch celery
- 7 large onions
- 6 c. sugar
- 4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. white mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Grind mangoes and onions; pour 1 quart boiling water over and let stand for 1 hour.

2Drain.

3Add salt and mustard seed.

4Add sugar and vinegar.

5Cook 3 minutes after it starts to boil.

6Add celery (cut fine) and boil 1 minute.

7Can and seal.
