- 9 red peppers
- 9 green peppers
- 12 medium onions
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. salt
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard or mustard seed
Directions

1Grind peppers and onions.

2Let stand in salt for at least 2 hours.

3Drain.

4Run water through and drain.

5Boil for 5 minutes in vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard mixture.

6Seal in jars.

7Yields about 6 pints.
