- 6 slices bread
- 1 c. Cheddar, grated
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

2Tear up bread, put on bottom of pan.

3Brown and drain sausage and put over bread.

4Grate cheese and sprinkle over sausage.

5Beat eggs and milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

6Pour over top.

7Can be stored overnight in fridge.

8Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
