- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 c. green pepper strips
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can (10 1/4 oz.) beef gravy or homemade
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook beef until browned, stirring often.

2Remove, set aside.

3In remaining 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook peppers and onion with garlic powder until tender crisp, stirring often.

4Stir in gravy and Worcestershire.

5Heat to boiling.

6Return beef to skillet.

7Heat through, stirring occasionally.

8Serve over rice.
