- 1 medium onion, sliced round
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 tsp. Lea & Perrins
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Cook carrots until tender-crisp.

2Drain.

3Add onion and bell pepper.

4Heat remaining ingredients together until hot.

5Pour over carrot mixture.

6Cool and store, covered, in refrigerator.
