Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1/2 c. tomato catsup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 or 2 bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 oz. mushrooms
- sliced green pepper
Directions

1Cut steak in strips or serving size pieces.

2Brown lightly in a hot skillet in a small amount of oil.

3Remove meat; add mixture of catsup, flour, bouillon, soy sauce and water to skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

4Return meat to skillet; cover and cook over gentle heat until steak is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Add salt, pepper, onion slices, mushrooms and peppers.

5Cover and steam until vegetables are just tender.

6Serve with steamed rice.
