- 1 London broil
- 2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 1 c. oil
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 c. wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. peppercorns
Directions

1Sprinkle meat on both sides with tenderizer.

2Pierce deeply with fork.

3Mix all other ingredients, except peppercorns; let stand for 2 to 3 hours (or overnight), turning every half hour. When ready to grill, pound in peppercorns.

4Grill 15 minutes on each side.

5Slice diagonally 1/2-inch thick.
