- 2 Tbsp. fat (oil)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 1 lb. round or flank steak
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 can tomatoes or 3 fresh tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Melt fat in frypan.

2Cut meat into 1-inch strips.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Place meat, onion and garlic in frypan; brown.

5Add pepper and bouillon.

6Cover and cook 30 minutes.

7Add tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes.

8Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and water.

9Add to meat mixture.

10Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Makes 4 servings.
