- 2 lb. boneless top round steak
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 medium sized green peppers, coarsely chopped
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1Slice steak across the grain into strips.

2Brown meat in hot oil in a large skillet.

3Add the peppers, celery, onion, garlic, bouillon, salt and pepper; cover.

4Simmer 15 minutes.

5Combine soy sauce, water and cornstarch; stir well.

6Add to meat mixture then cook stirring constantly until thickened.

7Serve over rice.
