- 1 lb. sirloin steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 small green onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Cut sirloin into 1/8 inch strips.

2Mix soy sauce, ginger and garlic.

3Marinate beef in sauce in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. Brown meat and sauce in large skillet.

4Reduce heat to low and add onion and tomatoes.

5Simmer for 2 hours.

6Turn heat to medium and add cornstarch and water.

8from heat when gravy thickens. Serve over white rice.
