- 2 lb. lean beef stew, round steak or boneless roast, cut into cubes
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- Greek seasoning to taste
Directions

1Brown meat in large skillet.

2Season with Greek seasoning. Cover with tight lid, turn heat down to low and cook until meat is very tender.

3Cut pepper and onions; add to meat.

4Cook until peppers and onions are done but not real soft.

5Serve with baked potato, salad and hot rolls.
