- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 lb. steak strips
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 green pepper, sliced
Directions

1Preheat oil in electric skillet to 325°.

2Add meat and brown. Remove to serving dish.

3Add onions and pepper slices.

4Cook until tender.

5Remove and put with steak.

6Dissolve cornstarch in water and soy sauce.

7Add garlic, salt and pepper and put in skillet. Then put in meat, onion and peppers.

8Cook until tender.
