- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick, fat trimmed
- 4 sheets (12x18-inch each) aluminum foil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup lite teriyaki sauce
- 3 cups hot cooked MINUTE White Rice
Directions

1Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2Cut steak into thin strips.

3Place 1/4 of the steak strips in center of each sheet of foil; sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper.

4Top with pepper strips; drizzle with teriyaki sauce.

5Bring up foil sides.

6Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

7Repeat to make 4 packets.

8Place packets on rack of grill; cover grill with lid.

9Grill 7 to 9 minutes or until steak is cooked through and vegetables are tender.

10Serve over rice.
