  • top round (2 inches thick)
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • meat tenderizer (unseasoned)
  • cracked pepper

Directions

    Pierce meat with fork and put about 2 teaspoons unseasoned meat tenderizer on it.

    Let stand about 2 hours.

    Mix remaining ingredients and marinate meat at room temperature for at least 2 hours.

    Turn meat occasionally.

    Pound 2 tablespoons cracked pepper into meat before grilling.
