- 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- meat tenderizer (unseasoned)
- cracked pepper
Directions

1Pierce meat with fork and put about 2 teaspoons unseasoned meat tenderizer on it.

2Let stand about 2 hours.

3Mix remaining ingredients and marinate meat at room temperature for at least 2 hours.

4Turn meat occasionally.

5Pound 2 tablespoons cracked pepper into meat before grilling.
