- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 strip steaks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 small red pepper
- 13 c. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. water
Directions

1In 12-inch skillet, melt 1/2 tablespoon butter on medium-high.

2Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.

3Add to skillet and cook 7 to 9 minutes for medium-rare, turning once.

4Transfer to cutting board.

5To skillet, add onion and red pepper.

6Cook 2 minutes or until softened, stirring.

7Add vinegar and water.
-
8Cook 2 minutes or until reduced by half.

9Remove from heat and immediately stir in 1/2 tablespoon butter until it melts.
