- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg white
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 dash Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Directions

1Heat oven to 325F.

2Spread pecans in a shallow baking pan.

3Toast in the oven 10 minutes.

4Add butter to pan, return pan to oven until butter melts.

5Stir to coat pecans.

6Beat egg white until foamy, beat in remaining ingredients.

7Pour over pecans.

8Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

9Cool.

10Store airtight.
