- round steak, cut in strips
- paprika
- 3 peppers, cut in strips
- green onions
- 3 tomatoes, quartered
- rice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cans beef broth
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Use long strips of round steak, put paprika on and let set. Cut peppers in strips.

2Cut up green onions and quarter the tomatoes.

3Cook rice.

4Brown garlic in butter in skillet with meat and cook until brown.

5Pour beef broth on steak after browned. Simmer this for 30 minutes.

6Add onions and peppers; cook for 10 minutes.

7Mix soy sauce, water and cornstarch together and pour on top of skillet; thicken to a clear, brown sauce.

8Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

9Put over rice and serve.
