- 1 cup cauliflower
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup broccoli
- 12 cup mushroom
- 12 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup yellow squash
- 1 cup zucchini
- 12 cup tomatoes (optional)
- 34 cup chicken broth or 34 cup vegetable broth
- 12 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 12 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juice of
- sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
Directions

1Cut veggies into 1 inch pieces.

2Combine all ingredients, except sesame seeds, in shallow baking dish.

3Cover and bake in 375F oven for 30-35 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.

4Stir vegetables halfway through cooking.

5Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
