- 1 (2 layer size) pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 20 starlight mints
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip chocolate whipped topping
Directions

1Prepare and bake cake mix as directed on package.

2Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.

3Cool completely on wire racks.

4Crush 8 mints; set aside remaining for garnish.

5Spread 1 cup of the whipped topping on 1 cake layer.

6Sprinkle with crushed mints. Top with second cake layer.

7Frost entire cake with remaining whipped topping.

8Store cake in refrigerator.
