  • 1 pkg. hot roll mix
  • 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni slices
  • 1 c. water
  • cooking oil

Directions

    Prepare roll mix according to package, omitting egg and using 1 c. water.

    Dough does not need to rise.

    Place one cheese cube on one pepperoni.

    Pinch off a piece of dough and shape carefully around cheese and pepperoni, forming a ball.

    Repeat until all ingredients are used.

    Fry in deep hot oil for 5 minutes, turning once.

    Drain on paper towel.
