- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3 oz. sliced pepperoni
Directions

1Rub frozen dough with olive oil and let defrost.

2When thawed roll out dough approximately 18 x 12-inches.

3Sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni.

4Roll tightly like a jelly roll to make an 18-inch loaf.

5Pinch open ends well to close bread completely.

6Let rise until double in bulk.

7Bake at 350° approximate 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

8Try other stuffings (broccoli, cheese and ham, sausage, herbs, etc.).
