Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 to 10 c. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. onion, diced
- 2 (2 c.) pkg. shredded cheese, American and Mozzarella
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, diced
Directions

1Combine water, yeast and a little sugar until foamy.

2Add oil and sugar.

3Gradually add flour, mixing and kneading until mixture doesn't stick to your hands or until smooth.

4Set aside to raise; double in size.

5Separate dough into 3 equal loaves.

6Roll out like cinnamon rolls.

7Brush with beaten eggs.

8Top with pepperoni, onions and cheese.

9Roll up and seal ends good.

10Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

11Remove immediately from pans and brush with butter.

12Slice and microwave for a few seconds with butter.

13Makes 3 loaves.
