Ingredients
- 1 or 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute bell pepper in oil in skillet until tender.

2Roll out dough on floured surface into a 12 x 24-inch rectangle.

3Arrange Provolone cheese, pepperoni and bell peppers down center of dough, overlapping slices.

4Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic salt over top.

5Fold sides to enclose filling.

6Seal seam and ends well. Brush top of loaf with oil.

7Place on greased baking sheet.

8Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

9Slice into serving portions.
