  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 3/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Let bread thaw and rise.

    Cut into 2 parts.

    Roll out; spread with egg and grated Parmesan.

    Spread with pepperoni.

    Top with Cheddar cheese.

    Roll and put on cookie sheet.

    Bake 20 minutes in 375° oven or until golden brown.
