- 1 loaf frozen bread
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 8 slices American cheese
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 lb. thin sliced pepperoni
Directions

1Beat together with fork egg, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Brush over dough (reserve some egg mixture for later).

2Layer pepperoni and cheeses over dough.

3(Roll 12 x 15-inch rectangle.) Roll as for jelly roll, folding in ends and pulling toward you as you roll.

4This will keep the pepperoni and cheeses from slipping as you roll.

5Put on lightly greased baking sheet.

6Brush on remaining egg mixture.

7Bake at 375° until brown.
