- 1 stick pepperoni
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 2 shakes each: basil, parsley and garlic powder
- 2 loaves frozen bread, defrosted
Directions

1Cut pepperoni and cheese into small chunks.

2Mix remaining ingredients together.

3Roll each loaf of bread into a rectangle. Divide filling in half.

4Use half on each rectangle.

5Roll up, jelly roll fashion.

6Place on cookie sheet, seam side down; bake at 350° until lightly browned, about 25 to 30 minutes.

7Can be frozen after baked.
