  • frozen bread dough
  • sliced pepperoni
  • sliced cheese (optional, Provolone or Cheddar)

    Let bread dough partially thaw and raise.

    Cut each loaf into eight pieces.

    Roll dough to approximately 1/4-inch thick.

    Place two or three slices of pepperoni and a piece of cheese, if desired, on dough.

    Roll up dough, tucking ends under.

    Bake at 350° until brown, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
