- 1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
- ready made dough
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- garlic powder
- flour
- pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Roll out dough with a rolling pin until it looks almost like a pizza dough, about 1/4-inch thick. Sprinkle dough with pepper or garlic powder (your preference). Cover dough with cheese and pepperoni.

3Roll dough into a loaf. Take the edge of the bread and roll up (almost like a jelly roll). Pinch the edges so that it doesn't unfold.

4Place loaf on a cookie sheet.

5Cook 30 minutes or until brown.

6Brush beaten egg on top of loaf to make it look glazed.
