  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2-3 tsp. red pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cayenne pepper

    Heat oil (2-3 inches) in deep fryer.

    Fry wings, 4-6 at a time, turning occasionally, until golden brown and done, 8-10 minutes.

    Keep warm in 275°F oven while frying remaining wings.
