  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix all ingredients except vanilla.

    Place in top of double boiler.

    Use medium speed to mix.

    After water starts boiling, beat; cook for only 7 minutes.

    Remove from heat; add vanilla. Delicious on a coconut cake.
