  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 c. 1-inch day old bread cubes
  • 1/2 c. granulated brown sugar substitute (equal to 1/2 c. brown sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins
