  • 2 packages 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 package Dry Ranch Dip Mix (like Hidden Valley)
  • 1 can Diced Green Chilies
  • Garlic Salt, to taste
  • 6 ounces, weight Chopped Pecan Pieces

Directions

    Bring cream cheese to room temperature (soft)

    Combine cream cheese, cheddar, Monterrey jack, ranch dip, green chilies and garlic salt in a bowl.

    Place wax paper on counter and spread chopped nuts on it.

    Roll bowl mixture into a ball and roll in the nuts to cover the outside.

    Place ball on wax paper in the freezer for 15 minutes until firm.

    Serve with crackers
