  • 4 lb. sirloin tip, cut for stew
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 c. tiny carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. onion, sliced and separated

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a Dutch oven or roasting pan. Cover tightly and place in an oven at 350° for 4 hours. About 1/2 hour before serving, uncover and cook remaining time uncovered. Serves 10.
