- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine egg, bread crumbs, onion and salt; mix well.

2Add beef and mix thoroughly.

3Divide mixture into 8 equal parts.

4Roll each part (like a sausage) into a 6-inch length.

5Lay the 8 pieces side by side and use a knife to cut into 1-inch pieces.

6Roll each piece into a ball.

7Place the meatballs into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

8Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
