- 1 1/4 c of all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of baking poweder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 3 tbsp of canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 c of milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
Directions

1In a large bowl mix the first 4 (dry) ingredients.

2In a small bowl beat the egg and add the other 3 wet ingredients. Mix well.

3Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix until the flour is completely wet.

4Heat griddle and oil pan.

5Spoon 1/4 C of batter onto pan. Cook until sides of pancake are bubbly and dry.
