- 1 (85 g) package peach gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 (14 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
Directions

1Lightly grease or spray with non-stick coating a 5 cup (1 1/2L) ring mold.

2In medium bowl dissolve jelly powder in boiling water.

3Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes.

4Stir yogurt until creamy.
