Perfect Perogy Casserole

- 16 -20 pierogies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (284 ml) can condensed mushroom soup
Directions

1In a small skillet melt butter or margarine and saute onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.

2In a medium size casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper and ham.

3Combine milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole.

4Top with cheddar cheesse.

5Bake 35 minutes at 175C (350F) or microwave until heated through.
