- 2 C. Crisco
- 1 egg, beaten
- cold water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar

1Sift together flour, sugar and salt.

2Blend with Crisco, egg beaten in measuring cup with cold water added to make 1 cup and vinegar.

3Mix until damp (makes 5 balls).

4Pie crust keeps for 2 weeks in refrigerator and longer in freezer.
