  • 1 cup rice
  • 100 g vermicelli
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups water

Directions

    Place saucepan on heat and melt 1 tablespoon of Western Star Butter.

    Add scrunched-up handful of vermicelli and stir through.

    Add 1 cup of rice and stir through.

    Add 2 cups of water and bring to boil.

    Cover with lid and reduce heat to low.

    Cook on low for 20 minutes (approximately depending on your range).

    Add your choice of herbs/spices and stir through before serving.
