- 1 rabbit, butchered
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- salt
- pepper
- cavender's all-purpose all purpose Greek seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Roll rabbit pieces in melted butter.

3Season all sides with salt, pepper and Greek seasoning.

4Arrange pieces in a 9x13 baking dish.

5Add water (you may use a little less than 1/2 cup).

6Seal tightly with foil.

7Bake one hour.

8Remove from oven, remove foil, and flip pieces over.

9Bake uncovered 15 minutes.

10Flip pieces again and bake a final 15 minutes.

11Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
