  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 17 oz. can small early peas, drained
  • 2 oz. jar pimientos, drained and diced
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt

    In medium saucepan, saute celery, onion and mushrooms in margarine until celery is crisp-tender.

    Gently stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
