  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. cold water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white and cold water until frothy.

    Put pecans in egg white mixture.

    Coat well. Add sugar mixture and mix well. Bake at 225° for 1 hour.

    Stir every 15 minutes.
