  • 1 (7 oz.) can drained, flaked tuna
  • grated peel and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 to 3 tsp. prepared horseradish
