- 6 potato perohi, cooked
- 2 c. cooked chopped fine sauerkraut
- 1 c. diced mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 small onion, cut into small pieces
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook sauerkraut and drain.

2Fry bacon and drain on paper towel.

3Fry onion and mushrooms in margarine.

4Combine bacon that has been cut into small pieces, mushrooms, onion and sauerkraut. Place perohi in casserole.

5Cover with combined ingredients.

6Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.

7Serve with applesauce or sour cream.
