- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. raisins
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Mix milk and pulp and add to flour mixture.

3Add nuts, raisins and butter.

4Bake in two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans which have been greased and floured.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
