- 2 Persimmons (preferrably fuyu persimmons)
- 50 grams Unsalted butter (or margarine)
- 50 grams Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 120 grams Milk
- 50 grams White flour
- 1 Powdered sugar
- 1 Cinnamon
Directions

2Put the butter in a bowl and bring it to room temperature.

3Peel the persimmons, seed them, cut into 1 cm wedges, and place them in a heatproof dish coated with butter (not listed).

4Cream the butter, add the sugar and mix well.

5Mix in the eggs, one at a time, and then pour in the milk and mix well.

6Sift in the white flour, and mix until it's no longer lumpy.

7Strain the batter over the persimmon.

8Bake at 180C for about 25 minutes and it is done.

9Dust it with confectioner's sugar or cinnamon (cinnamon sugar) and enjoy.
