- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- dash of salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Wash and strain persimmons.

2Mix 2 cups persimmon pulp with sugar, flour, eggs, salt, margarine, milk and flavoring.

3Pour into buttered baking dish.

4Bake at 350° until set, about 35 to 45 minutes.
