  • 2 c. persimmons
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Wash and strain persimmons.

    Mix 2 cups persimmon pulp with sugar, flour, eggs, salt, margarine, milk and flavoring.

    Pour into buttered baking dish.

    Bake at 350° until set, about 35 to 45 minutes.
