- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Combine sugar and eggs.

2Add flour and buttermilk alternately; beat well after each addition.

3Add soda, cinnamon, salt and pulp; mix well.

4Melt butter in bottom of an 8-inch square pan.

5Add batter.

6Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
