- 1 qt. raw persimmons or 2 c. pulp
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 lb. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 or 3 eggs, well beaten
- flour
Directions

1Combine persimmons and milk and run through colander.

2Add soda and brown sugar, to taste.

3Add eggs and enough flour to make a thin batter.

4Bake in greased shallow baking dish at 350° until set like custard (1 hour or more).
